Repair, service and adjustment of transmission and running part Major overhaul of all reducers, boxes of transfers is executed. Repair of a power shaft is executed. Carters are filled by oils. Tires are replaced.
Repair of a cabin Repair of the equipment of a cabin, welding works is made. The closed cavities are processed by anticorrosive structure. Painting of a cabin is made. The thermal insulation of windows and doors is replaced. The internal equipment of a cabin is mounted. Electroposting, illumination and ventilation are mounted. Screen wiper, doors are mounted too.
Modernization of the machine The power-plant with engine JAMZ-236 is installed. The 24-volt system of electric equipment is installed. The box with storage batteries is installed on the back half-frame. The heater of a cabin (air heater type, with connection of a radiator of a heater to system of cooling of the engine) is installed.
Assembly and industrial tests Adjustment of systems is executed. Systems are filled by lubricants up to norm. Check on tightness is executed. The engine is checked up and run-in. Full assembly of technics is finished. Control driving with control of brake system and other equipment is finished. The digging equipment is checked up.
